1) Language Quality

This is a Telugu and English-language forum. To maintain clarity and respect, posts should follow basic grammar, punctuation, and formatting rules.

2) Respectful Tone

A constructive, respectful tone encourages meaningful discussions. Strong opinions are welcome, but they should not disrupt conversations or devolve into hostility. Posts with inflammatory content may be removed. Ad hominem is utterly discouraged and will be deleted if found either in posts or in comments.

3) Context Sensitivity

Expectations may vary depending on the type of discussion. Casual or political topics may allow for more freedom in expression compared to academic or philosophical discussions.

Starting New Discussions

To start a new thread, please ensure you are:

• Genuinely interested in engaging with the topic and open to responses.
• Prepared to write a thoughtful, reasonably detailed initial post (OP) that shows your interest and provides arguments if you advocate a stance.
• Crafting a clear, concise title that reflects the topic accurately.
• Proposing an original topic—not duplicating active discussions or posting content copied from other sources. Plagiarized content will result in bans.

Additional Posting Rules

• No bumping: Find meaningful ways to encourage responses instead.
• Fair Use of Space: While there’s no set limit on new threads, excessive posting may result in content removal to ensure diversity on the front page.

Who We Welcome

Our forum is a space for curious, intelligent contributors with a genuine interest in philosophy, science, sociology, and education. Participants are expected to engage fairly, interpreting others’ words without unwarranted assumptions.

Not Welcome Here

Evangelists forcing particular beliefs or ideologies are unwelcome. Additionally, the following are grounds for an immediate ban:

• Racists, casteists, homophobes, sexists, Nazi sympathizers, religious organization's sympathizers, etc.
• Advertisers or spammers: Links to personal sites or self-promotional content will be deleted, with possible banning.
• Trolls: Persistent troublemakers will be removed.
• Sockpuppets: Using multiple accounts from the same IP may lead to a ban unless explained.

Academic Conduct

While academic standards are not strictly enforced, sourcing your claims is encouraged. Misrepresenting sources, including AI-generated content, may lead to warnings. If you use content from AI like ChatGPT, please acknowledge it transparently.

Moderation Process

Moderators and admins reserve the right to edit or delete posts as needed. These actions are software-internal and won’t notify the original poster. Appeals can be made privately or through a Feedback category discussion.

Banning

Bans are administered by admins and are typically preceded by warnings, except in cases of obvious violations (spam, racism, trolling, etc.). Bans are final, and members attempting to return after being banned will be banned again.
